NYTORQ is a non-toxic, water-based, pre-applied, dry-to-touch, thread lubricant that
may be used in a wide variety of applications.
When applied to the tip of the thread forming screws NYTORQ dramatically reduces
the prevailing installation torque of the fastener. By producing a smooth installation,
improved clamp load consistency is achieved.
NYTORQ will also eliminate chattering of the fastener on installation and reduce
noise levels, resulting in longer tool life and reduced operator fatigue and therefore
lowering the total fastener installation cost.
The NYTORQ product complies fully with, and is approved to the Ford WSSM21P27-
A4, General Motors GM-9986167 and Daimler Chrysler MS9775 standards.
NYTORQ can be applied to most popular corrosion protection surface treatments
including the Chrome VI free finishes.
Pre-production samples are evaluated and can
be processed free of charge.
