Quality Policy Statement

The Quality objective of Prelok, is to continually meet customer expectations by providing products and services of the highest possible standards to satisfy our customer needs, expectations of quality, safety, reliability and service.(through excellence of our product and service through a philosophy of continuous improvement.)

To achieve this objective it is our policy to establish, implement and maintain an effective documented Quality System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
The company shall also employ an audit system to continually improve the effectiveness of the documented quality system.

Via a document management review process the quality objectives of the company shall be continually reviewed and actions taken to ensure the quality objective is attained.

Environmental Policy

Prelok recognizes and accepts that concern for the environment is both an integral and fundamental part of the Company’s business strategy.

With an active programme of continuous improvement, we will seek to reduce our impact on the environment to the lowest practicable minimum. We recognize our responsibilities through a positive policy on workplace safety, prevention of pollution and care for the local environment. Any potential risk of pollution from our activities and products will be assessed and either eliminated or effectively controlled.

Careful consideration will be given to the elimination or minimization of waste and, where practicable, the recycling or reuse of materials. Transport and disposal of waste will be carried out in a responsible manner with due regard to environmental considerations.

We will seek to assess the environmental hazards associated with all materials supplied by third parties to Prelok.

We will seek to take account of environmental issues when dealing with any potential acquisition or investment.

The Managing Director and Management team of Prelok will review, formalize, and endorse this Policy on a regular basis to ensure compliance with all environmental legislative and governmental requirements.

This statement will be brought to the attention of all employees, suppliers, and contractors. Environmental objectives and targets are formulated and reviewed to implement the policy.
